F4F’s Sonic Adventure Statue Priced, Up For Pre-Order

First4Figures’ latest Sonic PVC statue, based on Sonic’s iconic Adventure 1 box art pose, is finally priced and up for pre-order. The statue comes in three variants including basic, collectible, and definitive, though only the latter two are currently available on F4F’s website. This is notable, since the website won’t charge you the full price immediately, and also allows for installation payments. F4F’s website gives the statues a broad Q4 release date, while Entertainment Earth says they will be released in November, and SEGA Shop Europe gives them an October date.

Details on the statues, including photos, pricing, and pre-order links are below:

Basic

The cheapest statue, it lacks any sort of the bells and whistles of the other editions, including the circular base. It’s dimensions are H: 8.3″ (21cm) x W: 6.3″ (16cm) x D: 5.6″ (14.2cm). Not available on F4F’s website.

Can be bought at Entertainment Earth for $89.99 here. Europeans can obtain a statue from SEGA Europe’s shop for £79.99 here.

Collector’s Edition

This statue includes a circular base illuminated by an LED. The lighting can either be static or animated. It’s dimensions are H: 9.1″ (23cm) x W: 6.5″ (16.5cm) x D: 6.9″ (17.5cm), and it’s priced at $119.99/£99.99.

You can get it from F4F’s website here. You can get it from SEGA Shop Europe here.

Definitive Edition

This edition adds a resin ring around Sonic, illuminated by LEDs. The LEDs can either be static or animated. The speed of the animation can be adjusted with a dial on the back. Only a limited number of these statues will be produced, and each statue will receive its own number and authentication card. It’s dimensions are H: 10.8″ (27.5cm) x W: 10.6″ (27cm) x D: 7″ (18cm). The statue currently has an early bird price of $279.99 on F4F, which will last until June 26. After that, the statue will be priced at $299.99. It’s £259.99 at SEGA Shop Europe.

You can pre-order it from F4F’s shop here, or from SEGA Europe here.

First4Figures Lifts Curtain on Sonic Adventure Statue With Full Reveal

First4Figures has been on a roll with their line of Sonic statues lately, and this latest one appears to be no exception. After an initial tease last year and a confirmation of pre-order dates last week, the company has finally revealed its upcoming Sonic Adventure PVC statue.

As you can see, the statue looks incredibly faithful to the iconic Dreamcast Sonic cover pose, and comes complete with the Sonic Adventure logo and base. F4F posted a brief video teasing the product further on social media, alongside a reminder of the May 25 pre-order date.

We won’t know the statue’s price until pre-orders open, but it will surely be in the hundreds of dollars/pounds/euros and will almost certainly come in a multitude of variations.

You can register your interest here. Check out a still image and a video of the statue below:

First4Figures Teases PVC Sonic Adventure Statue, Coming 2023

It’s that time of year again! Pop culture statue manufacturer First4Figures has teased a brand new Sonic the Hedgehog product due for release in 2023. But, unlike previous ‘diorama’ and standard character releases, this latest statue goes a little retro in offering a PVC rendition of the classic Sonic Adventure cover art pose.

F4F Polling Interest in a Sally Acorn Statue UPDATE: Final Results In

UPDATE: The poll is closed, and the results are in:

The poll received a total of 1047 votes, the most one of these polls have gotten in years. Of those, 800 were yes, which is also the highest amount any character has gotten in years. That means yes won with 76.4% of the vote, placing her in the top 12 of all time, just ahead of Horizon Zero Dawn’s Aloy.

So what happens next? Who knows. As we said in the original article, there is no guarantee a Sally statue will get made, even with really good numbers. Chief among them, even if F4F decides it wants to make a statue, SEGA itself still needs to say yes.

Looking at previous polling winners, like NiGHTS into Dreams’ Reala, it will likely be years before a statue is available, if one even gets made.

Original story below:

More than five years since she last appeared in the Sonic comics, Princess Sally Acorn may finally have a shot at a new piece of merchandise via high-end collectibles maker First4Figures. F4F is currently running a poll asking its community whether or not they would pre-order a Sally Acorn statue. This is a weekly poll called “Thursday Temptations,” wherein F4F tests community interest in various characters. While the results of a poll do not guarantee the creation of a statue, F4F will at least explore doing something with the character if the numbers are strong enough.

As of this writing, the yeses are winning with 73% of the vote, 578 to 217. While those may seem like small numbers, that’s actually the most votes any character has gotten in this poll in years. The poll is set to run through Wednesday, though participants will need to join F4F’s Facebook community in order to vote.

There’s more to this than simply convincing F4F to make a Sally statue. According to Ian Flynn, who has long been boosting efforts to bring the character (and the other Freedom Fighters) back into the Sonic franchise, getting a statue would also simply be “big” for the character.

If you would pre-order a Sally Acorn statue, you can vote for the character here. We’ll update this post with the final results on Thursday.

First4Figures Tease Modern Metal Sonic Statue

Despite reports that F4F were looking to cancel their Sonic line, it seems there might be one last gasp effort to bring life to it once more.

In a Facebook post discovered only just now, First4Figures recently asked members of their collectors club to vote on designs for a new Modern Metal Sonic Statue.

Based on the image, there are two design concepts being considered, however the poll also has options for ‘not interested in Metal Sonic’ which is currently the second most rated option!

Why did it take so long for people to notice? Might have something to do with the post going live on Christmas Day, when we’re all eating turkey and opening gifts.

First4Figures 25th Anniversary Statue Sneak Peak

The First4Figures Official Facebook Collectors Group has shown a sneak peak of the long-awaited 25th Anniversary Statue, which appears to be very close to the computer generated model previously shown of classic Sonic,in his trademark “figure 8” run.

Alex Davis of Firs4Figures, stated in the post alongside the image “Really hope this does well [sales-wise] – dont want this to be a swan song!”, once again reiterating that a continuation of waning sales of the Sonic series could result in the cancellation of statues planned in the future, including Modern Metal Sonic which is currently in the development stage.

UPDATE: First4Figures Hints Future Sonic Statues at Risk of Cancellation

A funny thing happened on my way to the First4Figures Collectors Club Page today, I was quite surprised to see tons of posts from multiple posters lamenting the cancellation of the Sonic line. Quite baffled by this I looked into it a little more and found even more people saying that the Sonic line was to be cancelled or ‘in danger’.

After doing some research, it seems that in a recent Q&A video, First4Figures strongly hinted that the Sonic line was indeed in danger, specifically future releases being cancelled unless the next statue sells very well.

The comments in question are made in this video (April 7th, between 46:00-48:00), a user asks about a ‘Modern Metal Sonic’ statue and the staff respond that it won’t happen unless the 25th anniversary statue sells very well. At first the tone is jokey, but then it changes to a more sombre and serious one, with them finally saying “Make sure that sells well or… forget about Modern Metal Sonic,” at which point one of them even shakes their head.

Now whilst there has been no official confirmation (that I can find) as to the specific reason as to why the Sonic line is in danger, but many long term fans of F4F have been stating on the Facebook page that what’s happening is very similar to what happened to Kirby and a few other franchises.

It seems that future lines can suffer depending on the sales of a previous statue, even if in the past the line had done very well. Fans have been citing Kirby as a prime example, which had a previously announced statue cancelled due to poor sales over an earlier release.

So if that’s indeed the case, who was the last character in the Sonic series that got a statue? This guy.

Yup, Silver is being cited by many on the F4F page as being the reason for these comments, checking the exclusive statue, it seems that only 375 were made in response to orders… Compare that to the Exclusive Tornado statue which cost $45 more had 425 made… that’s… not good.

More information as and when we get it.

Source: First4Figures Q&A

UPDATE: A F4F staff member responded on our Facebook page with the following

Hey all. Let me chime in. that 425 number isnt the real number. That was just a random number selected before we moved to the 2 week preorder system, where you get a more accurate number for Silver at 375. (We usually round it up to a nicer number) So sales arent just based on Silver alone. Tornado sold way less than the 425 number suggested. For many years, the company only had 3 members, so those ‘low’ numbers were ok to get by however with growth now in these last couple of years. Things need to be improved at all levels. Our prices have remained relatively very low and competitive in the same market and we continue to improve the way we make our products accessible with flexipay options. Hope that helps abit more with the story. Thanks

So what we get from this are a number of things.

The first is that the Tornado sold even lower than the 425 quoted here, combined with the fact that F4F has expanded it’s business means that we now have two statues in a row which might have both fallen far below expectations which suggests that the line really is at risk.

Silver The Hedgehog Statue On Sale Next Week

I could fill this update with various Silver puns, but to be honest it’s no use so on with the article.

First4Figures To Expand their Sonic Range

A few weeks ago at the Vegas Licensing Expo, First4Figures posted a number of photos of Sega’s booth, however there wasn’t any indication as to why they were at the event or at Sega’s booth.

Well, we think we might have a clue as to what.

First4Figures recently teased in one of their Facebook groups that they were looking into releasing other products which differ from their usual statue rangers, whilst I would love to provide a snap of that quote it was a few weeks ago and have since lost it.

Well to further provide hints as to what this might mean and which franchises are on board, according to a newsletter published at the Vegas Licensing Expo, First4Figures are to continue making Sonic themed statues, but also expanding the range into other products.

Whilst no specifics were given, the newsletter is quoted as saying ‘exclusive range of gift and novelty products’ suggesting that these might be priced significantly lower than the usual high end statues.

We’ll update you with more as we get it.

TSS REVIEW: First4Figures Tornado Exclusive Edition Diorama

Now… the last time I wrote about a First4Figures statue in detail was back in 2013, and it wasn’t exactly a happy experience, my statue along with several others had a number of problems, mysterious black marks, badly manufactured joints to name but a few. This, combined with problems with a number of previous statues finally broke the camels back. So I cancelled all my outstanding orders for statues with them, since then I have not bought another F4F product, that rule was in place for me until I saw evidence that they were taking their quality control seriously.

And oh boy, how they have gone above my expectations. Continue reading TSS REVIEW: First4Figures Tornado Exclusive Edition Diorama

First4Figures Scraps Sonic 25th Anniversary Statue in Favour of a “Better Idea”

first4figures25thstatue
Now scrapped

Okay so this came out of nowhere!

After asking for fan suggestions for the 25th anniversary statue and even asking fans to vote and shape the development of it, First4Figures might have just cancelled/scrapped the idea completely in favour of one created internally.

first4figures25thstatue2

In a post made on the First4Figures collectors page, First4Figures said that following internet talks the statue design has been scrapped in favour of ‘a better idea.’

Have to say, on a personal level this is quite disappointing since ironically it was my idea which got the original green light, but also because the initial idea was received so well and unlike previous statues there was a lot of input from the fans on this one who helped shape and voted on design choices such as the colour, decorations, base and even suggestions for the exclusive version.

Now they haven’t said that there won’t be a 25th Anniversary statue, but that following talks today the one which has been in development and had input from fans since as far back as June/August 2015 will not be the one which gets released.

We’ll keep you up to date with more information as and when we get it.

F4F Announce Modern Silver & 25th Anniversary Statues

First4Figures have today revealed 2 renders for their upcoming additions to their Sonic the hedgehog statue range. The 25th anniversary statue depicts Sonic inset into a base playing games consoles, which according to the images are interchangeable, including a SEGA Dreamcast.

The Silver statue will conform to the “modern line” of statues (which so far includes Sonic, Shadow and Super Sonic) and feature a Kingdom Valley base (No Crisis City love?) and lighting in the exclusive version as seen previously with similar models.

First4Figures Teases Shadow Figure

First4Figures, the company that has become famous for making collectible figures based off of video game characters that are fantastic in both quality and cost, have today revealed their next Sonic based figure: Shadow the Hedgehog.

It’s a pretty awesome looking figure. Going by the teaser, it looks like something that will go nicely next to their modern Sonic figure. Of course, quality always comes at a cost, so you can expect the Shadow figure to go for a few hundred dollars when it finally goes on sale.

First 4 Figures Teases Shadow Statue

Guess who is coming out to play? Is it a clone!? Is it an android!? No! It’s Shadow the Hedgehog Dah-Na-Nah! First4Figures released a new teaser image of the next statue in their Sonic line. Shadow, Shadow the Hedgehog, MARIA!

No release date was given nor price, but going by previous statues. expect to pay nearly $230-$250 depending on which version you get. As for release? Considering how the Knuckles statues have only just been released, and it’s been nearly a year since the Tails pre-orders went live, Modern sonic is still to come out. You might be waiting until late 2013-mid 2014 just to get your hands on it.

When pre-orders go live, act fast to avoid getting a fake! Doh, ho ho ho ho.

Stay tuned to TSS for more details when we get it.

Sonic Snap! Win A First4Figures 20th Anniversary Sonic the Hedgehog Statue!

Oh boy, do we have a competition for you this month!

We don’t know about you, but we are all incredibly excited here at TSS after seeing all of the new footage of the stages available in Sonic Generations! To celebrate twenty years of Sonic the Hedgehog and the impending release of Sonic Generations, the Sonic Stadium has teamed up with SEGA to bring you an incredible competition!

The good folks at SEGA Europe have kindly given us an ultra-exclusive First 4 Figures 20th Anniversary Sonic statue and one very, VERY lucky person will be walking away with this awesome piece of merchandise – you can’t buy these in the shops (and they go for a fortune on ebay) so this is your chance to bag an awesome item of memorabilia!

So how do you have a shot at winning this? Well, we want you guys and gals to show your creative side!

What we want you to do is recreate one of your favourite moments from the Sonic the Hedgehog universe…in photographic form!

We want you to be as creative as you can with your photograph! Maybe you want to get together with some friends and dress up to recreate a scene from Sonic Adventure? Perhaps you want to construct a scene from SatAM in clay? You might even consider making a segment of Sweet Mountain entirely out of cake! The choice is entirely down to you; the more original your idea and the more impressive and epic your picture is, the better chance you will have of snagging this ace statue…and believe me you will have lots of competition! The best photos along with the winning entry will be featured on the front page of the Sonic Stadium.

Get snapping, and good luck!

THE RULES:
1. The competition is open to anyone worldwide, but please only one entry per person – multiple entries will not be considered.
2. We want your picture to be entirely true to your effort and true to reality – no photoshopping or digital picture editing in any entries please!
3. Pictures need to be in digital form (preferably in .jpg or .png format), no bigger than 5MB in size, but no smaller than 1200 x 1600 pixels – we want to see great quality images!
4. All entries must be emailed to tbird [at] sonicstadium.org titled “Sonic Snap!” – your email must include your photograph, a sentence describing which scene your photo is recreating along with your real name and email address. We will only ask for your postal information if we pick you as the winner.
5.  All entries must be received by 5:00pm GMT on Friday 4th of November 2011. Any entries received after this date will unfortunately not be considered, so get them in before you start playing the game on launch day!

TOP TIPS!
Think outside the box! Don’t just get your toys out and take a photo – think of an idea or an element that no one else will think of! Use your environment, use props, use your brain!
Think about your idea thoroughly! Don’t rush to get your entry in by the end of the first week! Brainstorm your ideas and talk to friends and family – sometimes inspiration comes from unlikely places!
Use the time you have! You’ve got over four weeks to submit your entry – plenty of time to make or obtain anything you need to set the scene.
– Get others involved! Get your friends to pose with you, or get your folks to help making things – there is no limit to how many people you have involved in your entry!

Pictures from Summer of Sonic 2010

Welcome to my pictorial roundup of Summer of Sonic 2010! Here are a collection of photos from the day, taken by my sister, who was there as official Summer of Sonic photographer (do go check out her website!) If you stopped and posed for a photo thank you; being busy on stage meant I didn’t get an opportunity to take photos for myself, so these are all fantastic captured moments of what was a fantastic day for all.

Over breakfast the day before, Johnny Gioeli leaned over the table and asked me how many people were coming to this little shindig he would be performing at tomorrow. I proceeded to explain that we were expecting between eight-hundred and a thousand people to show up, travelling from all corners of the world, and he was simply staggered. Although I knew the numbers myself, the reality of it all didn’t sink in until the countdown began on stage, and looked down onto the vast throng of people. It still seems like another lifetime to me when Dreaknux, AAUK and myself were huddled around a little table in a Nottingham café fantasising about the prospect of a Sonic convention, yet not four years later we have accomplished a third successful Sonic event.

First off I want to thank all of you guys; you all showed up for starters, supported the event, and behaved impeccably. I didn’t hear one complaint on the day that you had to wait an extra half an hour outside of the venue (an unfortunate setback because of the thefts of electronics), You all waited patiently in queues for Sonic 4, Sonic Colours and the Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing tournament, in some cases for over an hour. Although we managed to get over twelve pods on the day, more than twice the number we had last year, we could have done with more – the popularity of the games available was incredible! I also didn’t hear one moan about the heat during the Crush 40 performance either, even from those of you who aren’t used to attending hot and sweaty rock gigs; everyone was far too busy enjoying the rare opportunity to watch Jun and Johnny perform live. I also want to thank you all for treating our guests with respect and politeness throughout the day.

Although I was pretty much running from point to point for the entirety of the event, what really made my day was the brief pauses I had in between my dashes, chatting to you guys. Even if it was only for a few minutes it was awesome to catch up with you lot, have my photo taken with you…or even signing things! I had a few minutes to catch up with Aaron “RubyEclipse” Webber, the community manager at SEGA of America, who is a fantastic and pleasant fellow, and is probably just as busy when he’s away from his (now Green Hill Zone themed!) desk. It was also marvellous to catch up with folks from the SSMB, Junsenoue.com, SonicWrecks.com, NiGHTSintoDreams.com and EmeraldCoast.co.uk amongst many sites, and to finally put some names to faces! Thanks to everyone who has sent the staff and I a thank you via PM, email or facebook, and a MASSIVE thank you to everyone who bought me a drink or a bottle of my favourite poison – my whiskey cabinet is now well stocked!

I want to also convey my heartfelt thanks to our guests Nigel Dobbyn, Jun Senoue and Johnny Gioeli. For starters these guys are incredibly busy folk, and yet they took time out to come along and perform, draw, talk and sign items for you, for free. I’m always stunned that at the end of every event our guests always ask if they can come back next year, sometimes with their kids because they love coming out to meet you lot, and because the atmosphere is always so friendly. A huge cheer for the guys and gals at Archie Comics and First4Figures too for their extremely kind donation of literally hundreds of comics and action figures! I must also extend my thanks to Richard Elson of STC fame for donating some fantastic artwork to give away as well – all very much appreciated!

I think I speak for the majority of attendees when I say the Crush 40 performance totally blew everyone away. Organising all of the pieces that went towards creating the performance involved many sleepless nights on my behalf – I had nightmares of cabs blowing and microphones failing, but yet in the end it all came together miraculously. I give my infinite gratitude to AAUK, Dreadknux, Jun Senoue and SEGA for assisting me in putting it all together. I don’t think even in my wildest dreams I’d ever imagined introducing Crush 40 on stage…so Summer of Sonic really has become a place in which even my dreams have become reality.

Before I conclude, I think thanks are in order to all the members of staff this year, some of whom have, for a third year running, have given up their time to provide a fun-filled day for everyone. Not only that, some of these folks have donated substantial quantities of money towards the running of these events, and so I’d like to end with a few words of thanks to a few of them:

The DJs; FastFeet, Turbo, BlitzChris and Gavvie: The boys kept the turntables hot all day. This was the first year I haven’t commanded the DJ booth, so I tip my hat to Mr. Graham “FastFeet” Seward who took up the reigns and kept the wheels turning, and who also provided a spot-on job with backing tracks for Jun and Johnny’s performances – simply amazing dude.

The Store Staff: Flyboy, WayPastCool, Speedknux, Char & Nemain – My NiGHTS in shining armour! These guys manned the stores selling all those of wonderful bits of merchandise that no doubt grace many of your shelves and wardrobes. From Jun, Johnny, Tracey Yardley and myself, thank you all so much! A special thanks to Nemain who is probably the person responsible for propping me up the past few months!

The Tech Guys: B’man, Discoponies & Roareye – Even with a massive blow to their arsenal with the theft of equipment the night before, they provided excellent on stage support with feeds and visual magic for the third year running. I honestly don’t think there are any limits to what these guys can achieve on the day!

The Doors and the Games: Urtheart, Vger, Jay Zeach, Shadzter & Blake Draco – The ever present Urtheart once again resided over the doors flanked by his cronies, allowing us all to have another safe day at Summer of Sonic, while Shadz and Blake both kept the crowds moving on the pods. Cheers guys!

Sonic the Hedgehog: He always shows up year in year out with no complaint. And year in year out SonicYoda is nowhere to be seen…we thank him for staying in touch with him and getting him along every year!

…and the Rest: SoA, bcdcdude, Iceman, Rachael, ENVY, Gnasher & SonicMark – I still maintain Iceman is the coolest bloke on the Earth, doubly so as he jumped in when the going got tough and was a huge help setting up the day before. I also tip my hat to the dudes from junsenoue.com who also pitched in, especially in bringing me much needed sustenance in the form of a cheese burger. Rach was also running around much like my sis taking loads of snaps during the day as well. ENVY is the very tallented young chap who provided the fantastic art for the Buzzbombers quiz, and Gnasher for once again running the show. SonicMark has become affectionately known as my caddy as he ends up lugging my stuff around – I just need to find him an appropriate hat. Thanks loads fellas, you all helped make my life easier throughout the organisation of the event.

The Dynamic Duo: AAUK & Dreadknux – Let’s face it, Summer of Sonic only happens because these two guys have the drive to propel it forward. Kevin has once again gone so far beyond the call of duty that we’ve had to send out a search party for him. Svend somehow manages to coordinate a fantastic website every year and continues to be our shining standard bearer. Even though this event is nothing short of an organisational nightmare, they keep coming back year after year to entertain you lot, and I hope your remember that.

So, Summer of Sonic is done for another year, but we’ve already got a date in our diaries for 2011 (25th of June, folks!). Who knows what will be going down on the day, but with it Sonic’s 20th birthday racing towards us, anything could happen!

Thank you all for an awesome SoS ’10.

Get Excited: New Sonic the Hedgehog Mini Figures On The Way!

You’ll all be aware of the really snazzy Sonic the hedgehog classic mini figures line that are produced by First4Figures, well, while snooping as usual around the internets, I’ve found that Forbidden Planet UK are already taking pre-orders for:

– 1.5″ Mini figure Amy Rose
– 1.5″ Mini figure Super Sonic

..AND…

1.5″ Mini figure MECHA SONIC!!!!!

Now hopefully they haven’t gone and got their robots mixed up (because usually this is what happens) – becuase if they haven’t, there may very well be a chance of owning a tiny version of the robot you fight at the end of Sonic & Knuckles, to many the coolest incarnation of Sonic’s robot counterpart! Either way, fans will at least be getting another Metal Sonic figure…something you can never have too much of! Until then, I guess we’ll have to make do…apparently Amy and Super Sonic were on display at the Neurnberg toy fair, with punters being forbidden to take photos, but hopefully some will surface soon!

Expect these figures to hit UK shelves around the 30th of July, 2010. Exciting stuff!

Win a Sonic Classic Collection Limited Edition Box Set with Sonic Wrecks!

So while TSS takes a break from competitions for a moment, our friends over at Sonic Wrecks are taking up the reins! In fact they’ve got an extremely tasty morsel to give away in the form of the Sonic Classic Collection Limited Edition Collectors Tin set, containing a copy of Sonic Classic Collection on the Nintendo DS, 5 glossy postcards of classic art, and a First4Figures mini Sonic statue. This isn’t available outside of Spain and Australia, so this is a must-have for you die-hards outside those regions!

All you have to do is simple:

THE TASK

Sonic Classic Collection brings the classic quintet of Sonic’s original Mega Drive outings to the Nintendo DS for the first time, but what we want to know is something completely bogus. That’s right, I want your best entirely ficticious Sonic The Hedgehog “facts”!  The best one wins… simples!

If you’re stuck for ideas, here’s an example: “The idea for the character of Knuckles the Echidna came about from one of Yuji Naka’s anecdotes, in which he claims to have defended himself against an army of Nintendo fanboys in a bar fight, using only an anteater “.

Ok, so my mind works in wonderful ways. Lucky for you, I’ve already got one. It’s very nice.

Anyway, the competition is open until the 26th of March 2010, so get yer thinking caps on; a crackers fact could bag yourself a lovely piece to add to your collection!

Check out Sonic Wrecks for full details and to enter!

2” Sonic Figures Spotted In The Wild & Online

First4Figures continue their onslaught of classic Sonic merchandise releasing three tiny figures standing just two inches high. This most recent batch includes Sonic, Tails and Knuckles in pre Sonic Adventure style. SSMB forum member and classic ‘gent’ Casanova has spotted a batch of the figures released into the wild, or more specifically his local Gamestation.

For all you super high-tech kids who think that physically going into a shop to buy things is thoroughly old fashioned you’ll be happy to know you can also buy the same figures right now from Play.com and have them delivered to your door. Postage is free but the catch is you’ll have to wait a number of days for them to arrive.

Whichever method you choose the figures will set you back £3.99 each. Check out some pictures below but for close up pack shots have a look in the SSMB as Casanova has provided them there.

First4Figures Teases New Model

metal-f4f1 metal-f4f2

First4Figures has posted these teaser images on its Facebook page, challenging their readers to guess what new model is currently in production. Judging by the images, all signs point to a classic Metal Sonic figurine. Of course, First4Figures isn’t saying anything right now, and the company has been known to make figures based on other computer game franchises such as Zelda and Metroid, so it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s Sonic related.

But still, doesn’t that look insanely similar to Metal Sonic’s head, or what?

No other information – release date, price – is known about the upcoming product. TSS has contacted First4Figures for more information on when this new model will be fully revealed.
