It’s been revealed on the Japanese Super Smash Bros. twitter account that Super Smash Bros. Ultimate for Nintendo Switch will be featuring a spirit event themed after Sonic’s 30th anniversary on June 25th.
The event will be held for three days and during that period, spirits from the franchise will frequent the game’s spirit board, though sadly there won’t be any all-new spirits added. This way, you’ll have a much easier time finding any you may not have obtained yet. Also defeating any will earn you more gold than normal.
