Mario & Sonic’s US and European Release Dates Revealed, Now Up for Pre-load

Nintendo at Gamescom in Cologne, Germany have announced that Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 will release on November 5th in the US and on the 8th in Europe. It’s also up for pre-load right now on the EU & US eShops, clocking in at 6.3GB of space and costs 59.99€ / £49.99 / $59.99. It also supports the following languages; English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian, Dutch, and Russian.

Nintendo are also scheduled to release a new trailer for the game sometime today as well. We’ll be sure to post it as soon as they do!

  1. That’s… really weird that they’ve got the full game done and up for pre-load 3 months before its release date. I assume this is only because theyre still working on printing and distributing the physical copies? Still, just feels weird that you can pre-load a game that doesn’t come out for like 3 months
