Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode 2 “Hint” Coming Tomorrow

SEGA Digital Brand Manager Ken Balough has tonight teased that his previously mentioned Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode 2 “hint” will be revealed tomorrow at the official SEGA Forums in this topic.

And now that Sonic CD is out of “most” systems ….. I will drop the hint, on this thread…. MAÑANA! 🙂

  1. I think the hint’s gonna be Tails being playable or Metal Sonic following Sonic back to the Sonic 4 series as Sonic went to the past in the reveal trailer.

  6. I hope there will be another trailer of Sonic and Tails running out of CD and into Sonic 4 and then Metal Sonic (and maybe Amy) follow closely behind! 😀

    1. Nope, SEGA said a while ago that Episode 2 will run on the same engine as Episode 1 did. The physics will be the same. If SEGA made different physics, then Episode 2 Sonic cannot be playable in Episode 1. Don’t worry, I’m sure SEGA will still make us all happy 🙂

      1. Those physics changes are considered as ‘slight’ changes. Changin’ em won’t change the engine compeletly. So if they build the stages based on the ‘new fixed physics’ it won’t be a major change with a diffrent root.

      2. Just because its running on the same engine does NOT mean the physics cant be improved, In fact, I would highly surprised if they are not changed.

      Anyway, you are lucky you have school, that way you can have time pass by fast. I’m gonna be sitting home all day doing nothing :/

      The hint could include:

      1. A new character

      2. If the game has a gimmick

      3. Physics

      4. A teaser trailer

      Anyway, I’m going to be going on http://www.segabits.com for a couple days 😉 Read the Sonic 4 Ep 2 News.

      1. I hope they don’t include a gimmick. I just wanna see a suprior version of S4EP1 with better physics, level design, and less speed boosters.

  15. Great i get 24 days off in a row expecting to hear S4:EP2. Now i go back to work tomorow and bam EP2 news is tomorow and the trailer of PROMETHEUS debuets tomorow great

    OH MY GO- Meh.. I think nothing won’t happen until it’s released on december, but anyway, wow!
