This October is looking to be a real classic!

The covers and solicitations for Sonic’s October line-up have been revealed, and this is a jam-packed month of action! First out the gate is Sonic the Hedgehog #288. Here, we go back in time for a look at Sonic’s first escapade against Eggman, relived from the final confrontation in Sonic 1.

But that’s not the end of it by a long shot. What’s going to happen when the battle concludes, and what’s lurking about to rise up once it’s over? Find out in “Genesis of a Hero”: part 1. This arc is part of the year-long 25th anniversary celebrations!

  1. Holy crap! We’re so close to Sonic Universe reaching TRIPLE DIGITS!! So psyched to see how the gang at Archie plan on celebrating that, as well as Sonic The Hedgehog reaching THREE hundred issues!

  2. I wonder if the Chaotix can turn water into Banang (Banana-flavored powdered drink mix), or spread an environmentally sound message about treating the oceans with respect, like Sam & Max can.

    So will we see Blaze again, maybe? Pretty please we haven’t seen her for like 3 years.

  4. Can someone tell me where to find a guide to the comics in order? I just finished STH #280 and I don’t know where to go next?
