Several images hit the Internet yesterday taking the Sonic community by storm. The first screenshots of Biowares upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog RPG for DS had been included in the latest issue of Americans popular ‘Nintendo Power’ magazine.
Boasting beautiful hand-drawn backgrounds, Sonic-looking environments and all our favourite characters, the screenshots are a perfect example of how a classic RPG should look. But this time involving Sonic.
Not much is known on the title so far, except that it will have a deep and engaging storyline focusing around the Sonic universe. Several playable characters such as Amy, Rouge and even Big the Cat have been revealed in the screenshots, indicating something big is up in Sonics world with everyone getting involved.
The game is set for release late 2008 and should defiantly give fans something to truly look forward too!
