Preview Released for IDW Sonic the Hedgehog #45

IDW have released the full preview for Sonic the Hedgehog #45, and we’re on the road to a big milestone for the comic…quite literally in this case! Amy is taking Tangle, Jewel and Belle on a well-needed girls-only break. But peace and tranquillity aren’t on the cards as tensions run high, and a tarot reading from Amy only exacerbates the situation with some very unsettling outcomes. Can the girls settle things down before this fiery situation gets out of hand? This is “Trial by Fire”; part 1.

  1. I must admit it looks pretty interesting, pretty cool ref to Riders/Battle… even if it is extremely in-your-face and not subtle in the slightest.

    I’m definitely an Amy fan regardless of which personality the writers decide upon, but could have fooled me if this was actually a preview for Tangle and Wispgirl.

  2. Okay so this doesn’t relate to much but how can Tails and Amy (who are 8 and 12 respectively) can not only own a house and live alone but also drive a car??? How does this make sense?

    1. They’ve all been emancipated from their parents, and the driving age in that world is way lower since an increasing number of residents can run faster than most cars.
