The Sonic the Hedgehog movie is loaded with incredible moments, but undoubtedly the one that has Sonic fans jumping out of their seats around the world was the post credits scene in which our favourite two-tailed fox emerges from a ring portal, on the hunt for Sonic’s locartion, and potentially (hopefully!) setting the scene for a future sequel.
While both actors for the movie’s lead protagonist and antagonist differ from their video game actors, Colleen O’Shaghnessey, current voice actor for Tails in Sonic the Hedgehog video games, has informed inqusitive twitter fans that she has also voiced the character in the post-credits scene:

Well dang, I was wondering how that sounded so much like actual Tails, and now we know why.
Wonder if they just needed the role filled for the stinger, or if they’d voice them should a sequel happen.
It was great to see him on the big screen.
How much you wanna bet that Ariana Grande will voice Tails in a sequel? I’m pretty sure she knows who Sonic is because she actually owns a Sega genesis mini if her instagram stories are anything to be believed so I’m sure she’ll have no problem voicing tails, also it’s not actually my idea to have Ariana voice tails it’s actually premydaremy’s idea
