Paramount Releases Music Video For the Sonic Movie Theme “Speed Me Up”

Paramount has released the official music video for “Speed Me Up,” the theme for the upcoming Sonic movie which was leaked yesterday.

The music video features Wiz Khalifa, Ty Dolla $ign, Lil Yachty, and Sueco the Child playing SEGA Genesis and running through 16-bit Sonic themed environments, complete with 16-bit versions of certain in-movie locations, Jim Carrey’s Dr. Robotnik, and loads of visual references taken from across Sonic’s classic games.

  1. While I think the song is good, it’s too bare-bones and minimalistic though. So I edited the song by just adding more instruments to it. Specifically hi-hats and actual chords by an electric guitar. Hope y’all like it. https://vocaroo.com/dmtb0l9wOyx
