Is it possible!? It looks like Sonic the Hedgehog is rolling his way into the Super Monkey Ball universe as an unlockable character in Banana Blitz HD!
Gaming site Exophase has posted achievements for the upcoming remaster of Super Monkey Ball Banana Blitz, and down the list we spotted something interesting:
It would appear that the blue blur himself will make a playable appearance! While we don’t have any footage as of yet, we like to imagine that he might not be in that traditional ball the rest of the monkeys find themselves trapped in; maybe he’ll just curl into his spindash and pinball around the place. When we get more information, we’ll be sure to update you!
I only have one thing to say, took them long enough
It’ll be interesting to see which Sonic model they’ll use for this, hoping to get some gameplay footage soon.
