1. Holly maco Nintendo bring Dry Bowser in this game I’m so glad he’s in it for the first time thank you Nintendo for bring him back in Mario & Sonic series! Also sadly there’s no Sonic The Hedgehog characters amiibo in Mario & Sonic At The Rio 2016 Olympic Games for 3DS but we were all excited to see Gold Mario of Mario & Sonic At The Rio 2016 Olympic Games first time!!! Ever sense Nintendo added like a Ultranit costume for Super Smash Bros franchise, Gold Mario in Mario Tennis Ultra Smash that no one ever saw Gold Mario in Mario Tennis Ultra Smash is awesome to have it it was a secret to anyone!

2. I wonder if Rosalina would wear her dress from “Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash” for most of the events

3. well i guess this game will get amiibo support and its awsome that we get rosalina in the game.

4. Honestly, I have my doubts that all of those characters will be playable, considering that several of them have reused renders.

   Though I do hope that Cream is playable. She needs more love.

   1. Did you not see the trailers or read the article? She is confirmed as a playable character.

         Still, great to see. When was the last time Cream was playable?

5. I must say while I’m tired of seeing a Mario & Sonic olympics game and hate how their milking this to death.

   This one looks refreshing and actually fun. I may buy this one. ^^

7. Wow, looks like they have actually put effort into this game, definitely makes up for not adding any characters in the past two games! 2016 looks like it’s going to be a good year for Sega.

8. I don’t need to understand japenese stuff to know that Mii is going to be customizable
   The style of the 3DS is going to be the party too
   The music using in the trailer is great i bet that is Kenichi Tokoi the composer

10. since we have so many characters, im wondering how the select screen will look – maybe a large hexagon shape with mario and sonic on opposite ends.
    looking forward to playing as the new ones ~ cream hasnt been playable for quite a few years (excluding runners).

    1. I’m personally fond of London 2012 for the new sports and especially Party Mode.

14. OMG that’s a lot of characters! It’s kinda overwhelming but I’m glad they added the new characters or it would be TOO repetitive…Personally, I’m most excited for all new Sonic characters except for Zavoc and Zazz, and Diddy Kong plus Rosalina from Mario. Couldn’t they add Charmy and Big instead of Zavoc and Zazz? I guess they still wanna promote Lost World since it recently came out on Steam…

I’m really happy about all the new characters, or most of them like Espio, Jet, Rouge, Wave and Dr. Eggman Nega, though I would wish they didn’t include Sticks and that pair from the Deadly Six and instead they included other characters like Tikal or Marine for example, but I’m still excited for this game, it may be the first Olympic Game I actually pay to play.

16. Okay, so I’m not one for these Olympic games usually. I used to get excited, but got bored once they became a bit… repetitive. But freakin’ Espio is playable??? Why are the fans not going nuts over this??? I know I am. That pretty much ensures that I’ll buy this game, now.

    1. I know I’m!! He hasn’t been properly playable since Sonic Rivals (not counting Runners), also I’m excited for this since I didn’t play much the first ones, perhaps this could be a little boring for someone that has played all of the Olympic games but for someone entirely new to the series this could be a nice treat!

    2. I’m too bitter about Charmy not beingthere for me to be excited about Espio. A game where I could play as all three of the Chaotix again would have secured a buy from me but some jerk had to split them up again. I’m more dejected then anything.

             Maybe he can also at least take over for Cream as the spokesperson for Party Mode (assuming there’s going to be another one).

    3. I’m pretty excited to play as E-123 myself.
