The UK & Ireland toy chain SMYTHS has announced that starting from February 9th, Sonic will be touring selected stores in the in order to promote Sonic & All Stars Racing Transformed.
So if you fancy meeting Sonic this month and want to go to a toy shop, check out the dates and the times after the break.

Good to see them working on their merchandising efforts though!
Have you noticed how much more exciting things SEGA is doing recently! After Sonic Colors came out it’s like they woke up the head of ideas from a bad dream. Thank you SEGA! We love this change of heart!
SEGA of America, you see this? You need to do this. It’s so sad going to toy stores where 1 sq ft is dedicated to Sonic vs half the store to Hello Kitty.
You should try NZ. Our toy stores don’t even know who Sonic is…
Having lived in the UK for 22 years, I can safely say I haven’t heard of Smyths… And some of these places I don’t even know. Strange choices there
it’s not a massive chain but it;s fairly well known

….isn’t this the sort of thing they should have done to promote the game when it was first released?
To be fair, it would match the 3DS release. And it’s the half term so all the kids are off school. Cheaper games + Sonic toys for kids to play with on their time off.
I live in the UK…but I don’t even Symths let alone the locations

Bromborough is in the Wirral, Speke is in Liverpool.
Bury, Bolton and Oldham are all near Manchester.
Charlton is in South London.
Chadwell Heath is in North London/Essex and near meeeeeeeeeeeee! Wooooohoooo
R U SERIOUS??? we have a smyths in Northern Ireland [DELETED] and I think its an absolute joke that this event wont b coming to the stores in N.I. absolute disgrace…..no offence to Sega, pretty sure it wasn’t their choice…
