Seems shipping problems caused the next issue of Sonic Universe #24 to be a week late. Nevertheless, it’s here and it’s the best (non shipper) fan service a Sonic fan could ask for! Everyone from Shadow the Hedgehog to Bean the Dynamite are battling it out in this issue, and boy is it fun. Omega fans may be displeased with the ending though, as Omega lets a bit of mushy side out…and there’s also a slightly odd shipping moment I’m not sure anyone saw coming. If I wanted to spoil it I’m not sure what I’d even call it. Nevertheless I’m sure there is at least one Sonic fan out there who supports it.

I just noticed everyone involved are non-Archie Sonic characters..
Only characters missing are the Chaotix, Tails, Knuckles, Silver, Big (who should’ve been helping Team Rose out), Marine (made an appearance thou) and Metal Sonic (who the heck knows where he is.. with all that outer dimensional teleporting)
Haven’t read it yet, so maybe more characters got involved 🙂

Looks like a fun little one off, if a little pedestrian.
I’ve seen the end bit with Omega and I found it quite hilarious. I loved Omega from the start. He’s loud, destructive and proud. I laughed because it was quite random and something I would not see coming from miles away.
Omega: OH SH*T! A FINGER! PLEASE DON’T HURT ME!
Shadow really should stop focusing on Blaze and on the hammer that is about to plant itself in its face :/
