SEGA has today released 18 new screenshots from the Xbox 360/PS3 version of Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode 1‘s newly revealed Mad Gear Zone. The European version of the new Mad Gear Zone trailer together with release dates and prices for Europe have also been officially revealed in a post at the Sonic City Blognik, which match up with IGN’s report on Tuesday.
As you can see, Mad Gear Zone will contain plenty of death traps that will require all of Sonic’s speed and the players skills to manoeuvre through. Slicer, Shellcracker and Asteron badniks are all out in force to stop Sonic and they’re all placed in awkward spots, just like in Sonic 2’s Metropolis Zone, so you’ll need your wits about you.

After the delay they gave the normal running animation a blur, so Sonic looked faster.
Check some LLZ screens as comparison.
With every stage this game looks even better!!!

Here’s my new Sonic storybook game called Sonic and the Little Mermaid.
There’s two playable characters in game are Sonic and Amy.
In the story: Sonic and Amy are going out on a date to the beach, they saw the mermaid fairly and makes Amy into a merhog, Sonic surprised at her, he would be come merhog too just like AOSTH.
But the evil king wants Mermaid Fairly to be his queen but Sonic fights him to save Mermaid Fairly, but the prince appears to help them, It’s between Sonic and Amy to save the Mermaid Fairly from Evil King.
Likely this would be easy game with all levels and bosses.
The other Sonic characters are in this story like Tails, Knuckles, Shadow, Blaze, Silver, Cream and Eggman & others.
It will be had two player mode for the other Sonic playable character besides Sonic and Amy.
This game would be released for Nintendo Wii.
Sonic and Amy will be closer to each other.
Please, SEGA.

@Ryan: NOBODY CARES ABOUT YOUR IDEAS! You can’t keep pulling random Sonic ideas out of your ass and expecting the fans to like it and Sega is finally realizing that! If Sega is smart then it would be wise for them to lay off the storybook series
