SEGA Japan has updated their Sonic Free Riders official site with a MUCH higher quality version of the games Tokyo Game Show trailer, which was originally revealed on their USTREAM account. Now you can view it without the blurry mess and get a better look at the game in motion. View it in widescreen at YouTube or the games website at the below link.

UGH. The mine cart’s still there, and his eyes ARE STILL GRE–… Wait, wrong game.
I forgot, this is the one nobody gives a crap about.
I would care if I had a 360…
(And I’m personally sick of the Babylon Rouges. They have been milked DRY.)
Too bad. If this weren’t for Kinect, I think a lot more people would give a crap.
Yeah seriously. I’ve own both Riders games and this looks cool and all, but it’s too expensive. :\
I’d be more excited for this game if it had a story.
I LOVE Babylon Rogues, and very glad that they are back. Waiting for the game!
Usually Sonic Rider series trailer experience. Swooping and panning cameras with a desire to zoom to close ups masking what will most likely be a hollow experience.
Well, if it’s following the pattern of the pria games then I don’t see why I should get flamed.
Wow you people are negative. xD
LOL @ Cloverdox
Not buying, but so far it looks better than the last 2.
@DC111 That’s like saying Sonic and SEGA All Stars Racing had a story. But… they haven’t revealed anything more to do with the story, if there is one. If it doesn’t have one, no biggie. If I had a 360 and the desire to get a Kinect, I’d still enjoy it for the racing aspect alone.
@Ax
Are you surprised?
They have successfully failed (oxymoron intended) in appealing to anyone except those who frivolously toss their money at Microsoft because they have not yet learned that motion-control is one of gaming’s most overrated gimmicks. As with the Wii, people will get tired of waving their arms around like a complete idiot. The exclusion of a controller option for this game will KILL it because I don’t personally know an individual who would spend the money and the energy to get the third title in a series of games which was never very popular with people outside the hardcore Sonic fan community to begin with.
Even if the Kinect does sell, what are the chances of that demographic of people even caring about Sonic and his air-boarding antics?
Sonic and SEGA All Stars Racing is still a great game to play on it’s own without a story.
I like the music. The game could be pretty cool, I just don’t have the money for a Kinect.
I have no Xbox, therefore no Kinect, so I really don’t care for the game. If for anything, I’d buy the game if it was for like…. Wii or something, but right now, it’s just too much money.
Hm, waste money on Kinect, and buy a new sonic game that might be the only kinect game I would ever buy (beside Child of Eden) or use that money on something more time consuming like buy several soft tacos and having a taco eating contest with my cousin….the answer is pretty obvious. And also…

You posted the comment full of win
Companies forget that gamers like sitting on their butts to play games. It’s what we do. It’s what we like.
Are you guys sure there won’t be a story.
Hey guys.
The Sonic Cycle.
That guitar sounds quite a bit like the theme of Levitated Ruin from Secret Rings…
@Stan “because they have not yet learned that motion-control is one of gaming’s most overrated gimmicks. As with the Wii, people will get tired of waving their arms around like a complete idiot.”
Tell that to all the money the Wii has been making compared to your salary. (If you have one.)
