New Sonic 4 Casino Street Zone Screenshots

New Sonic 4 Casino Street Zone Screenshots

SEGA has released 24 new screenshots of Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode 1, 12 from the Xbox 360/PS3 version and 12 from the Wii version. 5 of the HD version screens you may have seen before in Joystiq’s preview, but they’re here again if you missed them. The screens show us more of the recently revealed Casino Street Zone and this time we can see the stages two Badniks on the attack. It seems cannons will appear more often than they did in Sonic the Hedgehog 3‘s Carnival Night Zone and will be used to navigate your way through some sections of the zone.

Check out the screenshots below and let us know what you think of the stage in the comments.

  1. I like how there’s 0 difference between the screens and that the only difference is the PS360 ones being bigger screenshots. =P

  2. Never was a big fan of the casino levels.
I doubt this will be any different.
But I look forward to Mad Gear’s reveal.

  3. Really? So am I the only one that can quite clearly see a graphical difference between the Xbox 360 and Wii screenshots?

  4. LOL! In the screenshot that shows Sonic getting squished, there’s a Chili Dog ad in the background on a building. Awesome.

  5. @ Cerium: The image quality is much better in the Xbox 360/PS3 screens, but they’ve still done a good job with the Wii version.

  6. I know the 360 and PS3 are HD so there’s more crisp detail, but the graphics seem to be the same between the three.

  7. Shaping up really well!

By the way, Shadzter, were there some problems with the site last year, because I used to visit this site years ago, and then everything disappeared! What happened?

  8. They really did try to make all versions the same. The Wii graphics looks the same as the HD consoles.
