Chart-Track has updated today with last weks game sales, week ending 6th March. Last weeks chart update the game had only been on sale for a couple of days but today with a full week on sale in the UK we can now get a better idea of how well the game is doing and its very positive.

Top 20 PC Didn’t make the full price or budget titles chart
All in all the game looks to be quite popular and despite Mario Kart Wii and DS the game has been selling very well on those platforms with the DS making the top spot. We’ll check back with Chart-Track next week to see if the DS version can hold its place at the top of the chart and wether the other versions will be able to hold their high positions or maybe even do better.
Seems like VGChartz.com was full of shit after all. TOTALLY didn’t see that coming!
It’s also the only positive mover in the All-Format charts this week. +28% sales increase. Every other game (besides Bad Company 2 obviously) has had a decrease.

I’m not surprised that it is doing so well on Wii and DS. Mario Kart is great on those systems, but both versions are a few years old now and players are probably looking for new challenges and courses.
Right then, now the game is a success where is our DLC 😛 ?
Glad to see it doing well in the UK.
I am unsure it will reach higher but I do think that the games will be in the top 20 for many more weeks yet.
I wonder what the sales are like in America?
I already finished mostly everything. I don’t really play it anymore, lol.
Even I finished by getting the acheivements and unlocking the difficulties of Grand Prix. Its not over until DLC has come.
=D Not really surprising.THIS GAME ROCKS. I played for like two days straight, slept a whole day and played some more and I even got some BMG from other sonic games and listen tot hem while I race. GO SONIC =D
This game really doesn’t deserve it….
It’s an enjoyable game sure, but like some chart hitters is just riding on character popularity. I could go more in depth review but I’ll just do that when I make a video review for the game…
