Sonic Channel, the Japanese official Sonic website has updated today with the second of this years colouring pages with official artwork from Sonic Team. First we had Sonic in a cheery walking pose and now we have Shadow standing with his hand to his chest maybe taking an oath? If you like the look of these, or would like to see Sonic in a shade of green and Shadow in a shade of purple or just want to colour them in properly (you boring person) you can download them from Sonic Channel here.
Um…okay…Is this for some sort of contest or for “fun”? Because if I wanted to color in Sonic Lineart, I could just make my own…or is this just of the chillunz? Sorry to sound like a party pooper, but since when is the uploading of Sonic Coloring pages “News”. I know this place has been slow on the news front for the past couple of days…but coloring pages? I understand buying coloring BOOKS to study poses and styles and whatnot…but pages? I dunno…
I knew a comment like that was going to pop up sooner or later. I made this article before the Sonic Unleashed update was released and was getting worried about the front page being left for so long without updates. It’s because like you said, there’s just no Sonic related news going around at the moment so as to not leave the front page without any activity we’re just going to have to work with anything we can get even if it means resorting to Sonic Channel colouring page update.
At the moment we only have Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games as the only game with Sonic appearing in to work with and theres barely any coverage on the net that hasn’t already been reported on. It’s not like the past few years where there’s been 3-4 Sonic games announced to be in development all at the same time meaning loads of news to report on.
In my eye’s this is better than no update at all, at least some people will go download them and have a little fun with them.

YAY! I just didn’t want you to think I was a troll or something lol. Just a slightly unimpressed fan. We should use these to come up with some sort of a caption contest or something like SoaH does.
