SEGA Europe have updated their product page for their upcoming retro collection game SEGA Mega Drive Ultimate Collection. The game will hit European shelves 20-02-09. The collection will feature many titles from SEGA’s 16 Bit history in HD visuals including:

SEGA have also updated their product page with a release date for their upcoming horror shooter game The House of the Dead: Overkill for Wii. The game will be released on one of the creepiest days of the year, Friday the 13th February.

I hope they release this on DS, The DS can emulate the megadrive very well and I’m sure you could fit loads of MD games on a DS game card.

@Sonics Mate there is an emulator for the Sega Genesis/MegaDrive on the DS and its called PicoDrive if you’er interested but it doesn’t support sound right now, its actully great I have Sonic 2 on my DS XP.
Well considering I have tons of emulators and roms on my computer I don’t really need this one. Also, I bought the Sega Genesis collection on PSP and PS2 a year or two ago so why do I need to buy more of the same? For anyone who doesn’t have the game though….this is cool.
i would get that emulator but i tried too buy a flashcard off eBay and it didn’t work so i sent it back and the guy i brought it off and he still has my money, i cant claim the money back through paypal because its “illegal” according too eBay rules and i don’t have any more money too spend too try and get another one.
shame really as i was looking forward too sonic 2 (my fave of the 2d games) on my ds
