Phantasy Star GBA Collection Will Feature New Improvements

Phantasy Star Online not quite giving you that sci-fi RPG fix you need? Well then, you’re probably looking forward to the classic Phantasy Star Collection on Game Boy Advance then! THQ has shared the first images of the compilation, and revealed some more details on how these games will be presented.

To recap, the ‘Phantasy Star Collection’ will include the first three titles in the long-running series – the original ‘Phantasy Star’ on Master System and Phantasy Star II and II which originally released on Sega Mega Drive. Not quite sure where Phantasy Star IV has gone, but it’s still a substantial package nonetheless.

According to the press release, the GBA collection will offer both the original versions as well as enhanced versions built to take advantage of the extra power in Nintendo’s handheld. You’ll also be able to use a new save feature which should make it easier to run through these games.
