SEGA’s official 60th Anniversary website has now opened its virtual doors to accept messages of support from fans around the world – which means that you now have a perfect opportunity to try and get yourself one of these limited edition SEGA 60th Anniversary chalk bags!
The ‘Messages to SEGA‘ page is available for fans all over the world to participate in, and is a place where users can write a short Tweet-sized letter of endearment to the House of Sonic. You can tell the company how much it means to you, whether you played Mega Drive or Dreamcast as a kid, or any heart-warming story that basically says ‘thanks’ to SEGA for all the fun times.
You can send your message in either English or Japanese, between today (April 21) and June 30 – so be sure to get it done sooner rather than later in case you forget! SEGA will pick 60 letters in a prize lottery, the writers of which will each win this classy chalk bag that we first reported about back in March.
Ooft. We definitely want one of those.
On a random note, we’ve seen some people take this ‘Messages to SEGA’ initiative as an open platform to demand certain games or releases from SEGA. We’d just like to say, that would be missing the point of this exercise entirely. It’s all about thanking SEGA for the last 60 years, not demanding this or that. Don’t pull a dick move, guys, and Message Responsibly.
