Sonic Unleashed Orchestral Music Forms This Preview of The Sonic 30th Anniversary Concert

Ahead of its full unveiling later this month, SEGA has shared with us a small preview of its Sonic the Hedgehog 30th Anniversary concert. And what fitting choice for an orchestra to pick than Sonic Unleashed?

As you can see below, the preview of the concert was as short as it was sweet – but featured a philharmonic orchestra performing various tracks from the sublime Sonic Unleashed / Sonic World Adventure soundtrack. The preview was showcased at tonight’s Summer Game Fest event that just wrapped up. Check it out below!

Has us thinking of sweet Apotos and Holoska memories… let us know what you thought of the performance in the comments section below. We can’t wait for the full concert to be broadcast on Sonic’s 30th birthday…

  1. Honestly, I wish Unleashed was getting the Remastered treatment, not Colors. Oh well, beggars can’t be choosers. The orchestra sounds amazing!

    1. I like Colors but I agree that Unleashed should get the remaster treatment at some point. Hopefully soon in the future.

  2. I can’t wait foe the concert to be on T.V. The Sonic concert will be AWESOME!
