IDW have revealed their newest comic releases, and there’s some variety coming up in the Sonic comic scene! Firstly, Sonic the Hedgehog #39 sees Sonic, Tails and Amy still at the mercy of Eggman’s Trap Tower, and the tests are just getting more and more deadly! Tangle and Belle are still trying to aid the heroes, but unbeknownst to them by taking control of the tower they’re the reason they can’t escape! Is there a way of solving the puzzle they’re just not seeing, and will their wits last long enough to work it out? Find out in “Test Run”; part 3.

Sonic the Hedgehog #39 is currently slated for release in March, while you’ll have to wait a little longer for Sonic IDW Collection Volume 1 which is set for a June release. In any case, we’ll have more on both of these closer to the time of their release!

Ay, my poor eyesight, for a moment I thought they were giving Sonic a sword. Which is fine by me, I never got to read the issues that featured the sword of acorns.

Part of me was hoping for that.
