Sonic the Hedgehog #277 is officially released in stores and digitally next Wednesday. However, with the original release date having been October 14th, the Sonic comic app had it available accidentally for a short period of time. If someone tells you they’ve already bought it, that’s probably why. Don’t worry, you haven’t missed out!

Absolutely love the art of this issue! Especially the part where Sonic is running with Lupe behind him, really gives a strong sense of speed.

Especially since I read it immediately after Mega Man 54.

I must say, I like Sally’s usage of extreme gear and those blade… thingies.

So how long has this shattered crisis thing been going on now?
Since issue 256. Which came out in either December or January of 2013 I want to say.
I may be wrong though so take this with a bucket of salt.

Let’s see… January 8, 2014 but judging from the issue description it would be more like issue 253 since that starts the countdown for it, and that one came out in October 2013 meaning its been running for two years now, minus the crossover of course… Err, that’s pretty long. This might sound whiny, but didn’t Ian and Archie say the comic was going to have shorter running storylines back in 2013?
I couldn’t answer that. I started reading the comocs at Sonic 247. I didn’t really know about the Bumbleking forums until SU 67 came out.
