Sonic Lost World arrived on Nintendo systems in the US a couple of weeks ago but if you haven’t gotten around to picking it up yet and want to give it a try, then rejoice – you can finally go hands on with demos for both the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS versions! (only a month after Japan, but let’s not be bitter…)
Both demos can now be downloaded from their respective eShop service and can be played a maximum of 10 times – more limited than a typical Nintendo demo, but considering the game is already out waiting for you to buy it, it should be enough to help make your mind up one way or the other. The Wii U demo contains Windy Hill Zone 1 while the 3DS demo contains the Windy Hill Tutorial as well as Windy Hill Zone 1.
There’s no word on the demos appearing on the European eShop services at the time of writing.

I’ll probably try the demo of the 3DS version as I wasn’t sure if I was going to like the portable version and wait for it to go on sale someday. I do own the WiiU version though.
Finally Sega America put it Sonic Lost World for US only for 3DS and WiiU!
YESYESYESYESYESYES!! I wanted the demo for the Nintendo 3DS to come out SOOOO badly so I could see if the game may work well on my damaged 3DS before thinking of buying it. I’m so glad!! 😀

I’m glad the comments are rejoicing over trying the 3DS drmos, because if you’re one of the few Wii U owners, and a Sonic fan… and you dont already own this game… What the hell are you?

the European demo was out about 2-3 weeks ago.
Says at the end of post that there’s no word of european e-shop getting a demo.

HOLY CRAP! Sonic Lost World for 3DS is AMAZING!!! Screw the frame rate, the awesome game play is where it’s at! 😀 I am definitely considering getting this for Christmas or earlier if I can’t help myself! 🙂
The Wii U demo pretty much confirmed the fact that I need this game.
