To answer your first question, GMT is Greenwich Mean Time. EST is 5 hours behind it. So, with Project 24 beginning to air Sunday right at midnight, it should be 7pm tomorrow.
As for the site, look at the very top of this page, you should notice a few logos next to what’s currently playing on the radio. Click on the green Sonic icon and it should lead you to the SEGASonic Radio chatroom, with the shows being played.
I would love to hear the interview with Roger Craig Smith.
