Sonic Generations EU & AU Release Dates Officially Confirmed

SEGA has officially confirmed the European and Australian release dates for the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of Sonic Generations via press releases for the game’s Collector’s Edition revealed yesterday. The European date is, as we already know, November 4th, and Australia will receive the game a day before on November 3rd. Unfortunately, no dates have been given for the Nintendo 3DS version. SEGA’s product page still says we can expect that version in November.

CELEBRATE SONIC’S 20TH ANNIVERSARY WITH THE SONIC GENERATIONS COLLECTOR’S EDITION

LONDON (September 7th, 2011) – SEGA® Europe Ltd. continues the celebrations for Sonic the Hedgehog’s 20th Anniversary with an impressive Collector’s Edition for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system versions of the upcoming Sonic Generations™ videogame.

Sonic Generations™ will be available on 4th November 2011 on Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system. The game will also be released on the Nintendo 3DS™ system.

  1. I’ll probably Pre-Order 360 and get it on launch as long as I have enough money and then get the 3DS version for Christmas or my Birthday!
    So if the 3DS version is delayed a month or so, I’m not bothered as it won’t affect me!

  3. Only 2 months! I’ll probably get my hands on it a few weeks after the release because of where I live but I’m pretty fine with it. I’ll just have to fight my inner demons to stop myself from checking spoilers. 😛

  4. I will probably get this on 6th or 7th of November. I need to import CE from UK. I must resist spoilers!

    1. uhmm maby they dont really have a realease date but hey dosent america get the games always earlier

      1. The November 1st US release date was confirmed via the ads at IGN, like the EU one was. I don’t think SEGA of America has officially revealed their date via a press release yet.

  6. great 8D uhmm do you guys know the price of the normal version cause on amazon it said 34.99 instead of 49.99 and im wondering if it will be the same price with euro’s

  7. I’ve already got the money I need for this game! Plus I’ve preordered it! All I need to do is rush down to the place I preordered from, buy and get stuck in!
