Wiiz.fr have got their hands on some China screenshots from the Wii version. The screens look a little grainy and you can see the jaggies in places but overall they look good because of how well the background and foreground are designed.
I also love the reflections in the water, a very nice touch if I may say so. It also looks like the running on water paths from the 360/PS3 version are in this version too, take a look to the right in this screenshot where Sonic seems to be grinding on water.
