Sega Europe have now opened the official microsite to upcoming game Samba De Amigo for Wii. You know it’s a Samba De Amigo site when your greeted with the upbeat sound of Samba De Janeiro. The site reveals there will be over 40 songs from the past game aswell as new ones and confirms the Dual Wii Remote option for untethered freedom if you find the Wii Remote and Nunchuk play a little whip-cracking painful. Other features included in the game will be:
- Online leaderboards
- Friends lists where you can post and compare scores
- Career, single player, multiplayer(co-op or vs) and training modes
- Records
- Special modes such as quick play, classic, battle, survival, hustle and mini-games.
So, plenty to keep rythm game fans happy. The final box-art is also shown on the site with a PEGI rating of 3+ and the normal blue Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection icon as opposed to past box-art images for the game with the red Pay to Play icon. So, has Pay to Play been cancelled for this game? Stay tuned to The Sonic Stadium for further updates.
